Bay House allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits only owners to have no more than two (2) pets per residence, with a maximum total combined weight of 50 pounds. There is no move-in pet fee.
Water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
No lease can be less than one (1) year.

Bay House is a 38-story condominium building located in Edgewater Miami. Completed in 2015, Bay House was developed by Melo Group and designed by Carlos Melo.
