Artech is a 9-story, luxury condominium building located in Aventura, Florida. Completed in 2008, Artech was developed by Fortune International and Shefaor Development and designed by world-renowned architect Carlos Ott. Artech has 235 condo residences comprised of studio to five-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 779 to 4,684 interior square feet. The units are all one-, two-, and three-level townhome-style residences in a building that resembles an upscale cruise ship.
