Bugatti Residences Miami is an ultra-luxury waterfront preconstruction condominium development planned for Miami’s prestigious Brickell neighborhood, marking the first Bugatti-branded residential tower in the United States. Developed by Prosper Group, led by CEO Jay Roberts, in partnership with Belgium-based Versluys Group, the $650 million project will rise 60 stories and feature 183 exclusive residences, including four penthouses. The development brings together an internationally acclaimed design team, featuring architecture by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the renowned design studio founded by George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg. Inspired by the legendary French hypercar manufacturer’s commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional design, the tower will incorporate architectural elements drawn from Bugatti’s signature styling, including its distinctive C-line. Sales are expected to launch in the first half of 2027.

Bugatti Residences Miami will offer a limited collection of 183 luxury waterfront condominiums, including four exclusive penthouses, designed to embody the sophistication and precision associated with the Bugatti brand. Positioned along the Miami River, the tower will offer views of the river, the surrounding Brickell skyline, and, from select vantage points, Biscayne Bay. The development will emphasize privacy, craftsmanship, and a highly personalized residential experience. Bugatti has not yet publicly announced specific bedroom configurations, residence sizes, floor plans, or interior finishes.

Bugatti has selected Rhodium, an internationally recognized luxury residential management firm, as its exclusive global residential operating partner. Rhodium will oversee a hospitality-driven service program featuring white-glove butler service, personalized assistance, discreet residential management, and attentive day-to-day operations. The development’s amenities and common areas are being conceived as an extension of Bugatti’s philosophy of exceptional craftsmanship and refined living, with architecture, interior design, and residential services integrated into a cohesive luxury experience. Additional details on the building’s swimming pools, wellness facilities, fitness amenities, and entertainment spaces are expected as the project approaches its sales launch.
