Beach House 8 is an ultra-exclusive oceanfront condominium completed in 2016, co-developed by Ugo Colombo and Valerio Morabito, with architecture by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, interiors by Michele Bönan, and landscape design by ArquitectonicaGEO. Rising 10 stories above Miami Beach, the boutique building was originally designed with just eight residences—one per floor—but has since been reconfigured into seven expansive homes following the combination of two units. Conceived as a collection of “individual houses in the sky,” the building emphasizes privacy, tranquility, and a seamless connection to the surrounding natural environment.
