What a terrible job on that Marquis penthouse. They could have done something so amazing…. very disapointing. And that bathroom is horrible

think you’re being tough on that Marquis penthouse. looks better than 90% of Miami staging jobs which usually consist of super cheap, knock-off ‘modern furniture’ and terrible fake marble floors.

These two are so-so in terms of decorating. It never ceases to amaze me how poorly so many high-end condos are decorated or staged. There’s a unit over at the Beach listed at almost $5 million that has been decorated as if it’s a country house in the outskirts of London. What the hell are these people thinking?
