888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana

Developed by JDS Development, 888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana Miami will feature 259 luxury residences. Dolce & Gabbana Residences will be designed by Studio Sofield and will be responsible for the tower, lobby, and units, while Ken Fulk Inc. will be designing the club, food, and beverage spaces.

888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana Miami will utilize a “lockout” function that will feature simple conversions between private residences, flexible living spaces, art, and ample lighting.

888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana will rise 90 stories and include a number of wonderful amenities including 115,000 square feet of facilities with entertainment, sports, leisure, wellness, fitness, pool deck, terrazzo sun deck, private cabanas, and poolside services.

Located in Downtown Miami at 888 Brickell Avenue, 888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana Miami will be just blocks away from the shops, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment at Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village.  By car, 888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana will be 10 minutes from the FTX Arena, 15 minutes from the Miami Design District, 20 minutes from South Beach, and 25 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
