321 Ocean

321 Ocean is an ultra-luxury, oceanfront condominium building located in South Beach. Completed in 2015, 321 Ocean was developed by AGM Aria and designed by world-renowned architect Enrique Norton with landscaping by famed landscape architect Enzo Enea. 321 Ocean is a boutique development with only 21 condo residences with two- and three-bedroom floor plans (see 321 Ocean floor plans). The development is comprised of two buildings, one that is nine stories high and the other five stories. The apartments at 321 Ocean feature a private elevator, an open kitchen with European cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, and a private balcony.
