Three Hundred Collins

Three Hundred Collins is the newest addition to Miami Beach’s red-hot South of Fifth neighborhood. Completed in 2018, 300 Collins was developed by JHM Development and designed by famed modern designer-architect Thomas Juul-Hansen. Three Hundred Collins is a 5-story, luxury condominium building with just 19 condo residences comprised of one- to four-bedroom floor plans (see Three Hundred Collins floor plans). The apartments at Three Hundred Collins come fully finished with 9-inch-wide white oak flooring throughout; a gas cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a wine cooler by Miele; a custom soaking tub in the Master Bath; and a SmartHome audio/visual system. Three Hundred Collins includes a handful of coveted townhomes, each with 18-foot ceilings and 1,500 square feet of outdoor living space, a summer kitchen, and private street access.
