26 Edgewater is a 10-story condominium building that was developed by Stripey Real Estate Development and designed by Modus Architects. Completed in 2018, 26 Edgewater is one of the newer additions to the Edgewater neighborhood. It includes 86 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 560 to 998 interior square feet (see 26 Edgewater floor plans).
