Eve at the District

Eve at the District is a 19-story mixed-use residential development that connects the Miami neighborhoods of Midtown and the Design District. It contains 195 residences and over 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Developer Mack Real Estate Group finished the project in 2016 with architecture and design done by Stantec. Eve at the District is named in after “Eve”, the mysterious female figure displayed in a 14×20 fine-art portrait behind the reception desk in the building’s lobby.

The apartment offerings at Eve range from 1 to 3 bedroom units, which include a bathroom for each bedroom. The square footage of the one-bedroom apartments starts at 695 square feet and maxes out at 1,779 square feet for the three-bedroom units. Renters have the option of city or bay views with a patio or balcony. Floor to ceiling windows, tile flooring, high ceilings, large closets, window coverings, and quartz counters are current in each space. Each unit offers washer/dryer, efficient appliances, microwave, electronic thermostat, air conditioner, double sinks, refrigerator, and microwave. Apartments are set up to be cable ready and have no carpeting.

Eve at the District’s interior design is influenced by the portrait of Eve, who was photographed in Hawaii and gives the space a powerful appeal. The white, blue, and green color palette taken from the artwork can be seen throughout the building. Eve members can enjoy many amenities including fitness features include a resort-style pool, lounge, spa/hot tub, fitness center with free weights, sundeck and yoga studio. There is also high-speed internet, concierge, package receiving and a library. Occupants have controlled access, a parking garage, recycling, elevator access, and on-site maintenance/management. Spanish-speaking staff is available 24 hours a day. Eve is also pet friendly.

Eve at the District is located at 3635 N.E. 1st Avenue in Miami’s Midtown, Design District and Wynwood neighborhoods.
