A new concept is set to redefine late-night experiences in Downtown Miami. 400 Vinyl Room, an intimate 50-seat listening lounge, will officially debut on April 25, 2026, on the 9th floor of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences.
Developed by the team behind Yamashiro Miami, the venue blends vinyl culture, refined cocktails, and immersive sound into a highly curated nightlife experience.
400 Vinyl Room is inspired by the historic “400 Club” at Yamashiro Hollywood, once a private enclave for Hollywood’s elite in the 1920s. The Miami concept reimagines that legacy while incorporating design and cultural influences from Tokyo’s underground listening bars and 1970s hi-fi culture.
Positioned adjacent to Yamashiro Miami, the lounge serves as a more intimate, music-driven counterpart to the restaurant’s rooftop dining experience.

“Opening 400 Vinyl Room feels like completing a circle. Yamashiro brings the dining, the history, the legacy of over a century in hospitality. And now, right alongside it, a room where the night truly begins. Miami has welcomed us in a way that means everything to this team, and we wanted to give something back to this city that reflects how seriously we take that. 400 Vinyl Room is that answer,” says Freddy Braidi, Partner Yamashiro Miami Hospitality Group.
At the core of 400 Vinyl Room is its vinyl-only music program, offering a refreshing departure from digital-heavy nightlife environments. The music will span:
Guests can expect nightly themed sessions, including concepts like Saturday Night Fever, alongside guest DJs and special residencies that celebrate the art of record listening.

In place of traditional bottle service, 400 Vinyl Room emphasizes a thoughtfully crafted cocktail program focused on balance, intention, and depth.
Signature drinks include:
The experience is further elevated with a curated Champagne selection and tableside caviar service, reinforcing the venue’s refined, Golden Age-inspired identity.
A standout feature of 400 Vinyl Room is its “Tiny Sips” menu—a collection of small-format cocktails designed for exploration rather than volume.
These concentrated pours are crafted for slow sipping and include:
This innovative approach adds a layer of sophistication rarely found in Miami’s nightlife scene.

Designed by AMA Designs, the space is carefully curated to enhance both sound and atmosphere. Key design elements include:
Every detail—from acoustics to layout—has been intentionally designed to create a focused and immersive environment for music lovers.

Located at 159 NE 6th Street, 400 Vinyl Room offers a unique addition to Downtown Miami’s evolving nightlife landscape. The venue will operate on select evenings and is designed to complement the Yamashiro Miami experience—perfect for before or after dinner.
Reservations are recommended for those looking to experience this intimate, music-forward concept.
With its emphasis on vinyl culture, elevated cocktails, and intentional design, 400 Vinyl Room introduces a more refined and curated nightlife option to Miami. As the city continues to evolve, concepts like this highlight a growing demand for experience-driven, immersive venues that go beyond the traditional club scene.
