Anantara Miami Residences

Anantara Miami Resort & Residences is an ultra-luxury waterfront development planned for Edgewater, Miami. Rising 50 stories and approximately 650 feet above Biscayne Bay, the tower will feature a curated mix of 100 private branded condominium residences, 120 resort residences, and 50 boutique hotel suites. The project marks the first U.S. location for the globally recognized Anantara brand and is expected to be completed in 2030.

Anantara Miami Development Team & World-Class Design

The development is co-developed by One Thousand Group and Minor Hotels, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) and ODP Architecture & Design. Interiors are designed by Patricia Urquiola, marking her first residential project in the United States. The design incorporates subtle Thai-inspired elements alongside a modern Miami aesthetic, creating a distinctive and globally influenced architectural statement.
