A major new luxury development is set to reshape Miami’s waterfront skyline. Anantara, the global ultra-luxury resort brand featured in HBO’s The White Lotus, is making its U.S. debut with Anantara Miami Resort & Residences.
Developed by One Thousand Group in partnership with Minor Hotels, the 50-story tower will rise approximately 650 feet above Biscayne Bay and is expected to open in 2030.
Anantara Miami Resort & Residences will feature:
But beyond the numbers, the project introduces a new lifestyle concept centered around wellness and longevity.
“Anantara Miami Resort & Residences introduces something entirely new to the U.S.,” said Kevin Venger, Co-Founder of One Thousand Group. “It’s not just another branded residence, but a fully realized concept that blends hospitality, private ownership and longevity into one unified experience. Here, we’re able to deliver a fully layered holistic lifestyle that reflects how people are choosing to live today.”

The project marks the first U.S. location for the Anantara brand, which operates more than 50 luxury resorts worldwide.
“True luxury is time, the freedom to pause, to explore, and to experience the world more deeply,” said William E Heinecke, Founder and Chairman of Minor International, owning company of Minor Hotels. “Miami is the perfect location for the debut of our luxury Anantara brand into the U.S., and we are excited to partner with One Thousand Group to bring this vision to reality.”

The development brings together a globally recognized design team:
This will be Patricia Urquiola’s first residential project in the United States, adding another milestone to the development.
The tower will include a rooftop helipad—one of the signature features of One Thousand Group developments—along with a comprehensive wellness program centered around movement, nutrition, and recovery.
“Our approach has always been to anticipate where the market is going and develop buildings that don’t yet exist in Miami,” said Michael Konig, Co-Founder of One Thousand Group. “With Anantara, we saw an opportunity to bring a globally respected brand into a market that is ready for something more meaningful and experience driven.”

The development will incorporate Anantara’s signature philosophy rooted in authenticity and cultural immersion, including the Thai concept of “nam jai,” which emphasizes generosity and heartfelt service.
“We are focused on delivering our signature experiences and amenities, while seamlessly incorporating the authentic offerings of the brands we partner with,” said Louis Birdman, Co-Founder of One Thousand Group. “The result is a development that feels both uniquely ours and true to the brand’s heritage.”

Anantara Miami Resort & Residences will be located at the convergence of Edgewater, the Design District, and Wynwood—one of Miami’s most dynamic and rapidly evolving areas.
Nearby attractions include:
The tower will also offer unobstructed northern views over Biscayne Bay—an increasingly rare feature for new developments in the area.

Sales are expected to launch later this year, with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty leading the sales effort.
Given the global recognition of the Anantara brand and the unique positioning of the project, Anantara Miami Resort & Residences is expected to generate significant interest among both domestic and international buyers.

Anantara Miami Resort & Residences represents a major evolution in Miami’s luxury real estate market—bringing together global hospitality, wellness-driven living, and high-end residential design in a way the city has not seen before.
