MYKA, the cult-favorite Greek yogurt ice cream sensation that has taken Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East by storm, has chosen Miami Beach as the site of its first U.S. flagship. Opening December 8, 2025, MYKA will bring its handcrafted, probiotic-rich ice cream to Robert Rivani’s iconic Lincoln Theatre, a landmark at the heart of bustling Lincoln Road.
Founded in Madrid by Natalia Morales and Javier Ezquerro, MYKA has rapidly expanded to more than 175 stores across 16 countries. The brand is best known for creating an entirely new ice cream category: a gourmet dessert made from premium Greek yogurt imported weekly from Greece, blended with pasteurized milk and high-end kefir to preserve the probiotic benefits and creamy texture of traditional Greek yogurt.
Every MYKA location features its own in-house workshop, where fresh ice cream and gourmet toppings are crafted daily. More than 30 toppings—including handmade crumbles, fresh fruit compotes, artisanal granolas, and their signature baklava—allow guests to customize every detail of their dessert.

The result is a nutrient-rich, additive-free dessert with the creamy mouthfeel of traditional ice cream—but with the natural purity and protein content of authentic Greek yogurt. “This flagship is our invitation for guests to experience the soul of Greek yogurt ice cream the way it was meant to be enjoyed,” said Founder Natalia Morales.

MYKA’s Miami Beach flagship will debut inside the historic Lincoln Theatre, a space restored and reimagined by developer Robert Rivani, President of RIVANI. The store will showcase a modern Mediterranean-inspired design, using textures and materials meant to transport visitors straight to Greece.
Rivani, known for revitalizing iconic properties and bringing world-class hospitality brands to the U.S., described MYKA’s arrival as part of a larger vision for Lincoln Road: “Introducing MYKA at Lincoln Theatre sets the tone for how we are reimagining Lincoln Road, as a next-generation destination where legacy, culture, and innovation intersect.”

With the Miami Beach opening marking its official U.S. debut, MYKA plans to expand across key American and Latin American markets in 2026. The brand’s rapid international growth—over 175 franchises in less than two years—highlights global demand for this new category of Greek yogurt ice cream.
The Miami Beach flagship opens December 8, 2025, offering locals and visitors a first taste of MYKA’s Mediterranean-inspired craftsmanship on one of South Beach’s most historic and recognizable streets.
