Joule House, the newest addition to Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood, has officially completed construction and is now welcoming residents. Located at 2200 NW 1st Avenue, this eight-story, mixed-use multifamily development from Fisher Brothers brings 308 thoughtfully designed residential units to one of the city’s most dynamic urban districts. With its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) secured, move-ins are underway, and leasing has launched in tandem with the building’s delivery. Bozzuto has been appointed as property manager, ensuring a high-quality living experience.

The development offers a variety of floor plans, including studios, one- and two-bedroom residences, and premium two- and three-bedroom penthouses. Ranging from 474 to 1,405 square feet, the units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, GE appliances, generous closets, and contemporary interiors designed by ID & Design International (IDDI). Joule House was envisioned to offer both style and functionality, with design details that reflect and elevate Wynwood’s creative character.

Joule House also delivers a robust amenity program, offering over 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor lifestyle spaces designed in collaboration with the Rockwell Group. Residents can enjoy a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views, a jacuzzi, BBQ stations, and lounge areas. Additional offerings include a lush second-floor garden with an Airstream lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness studio with Peloton and Precor equipment, and a coworking lab complete with conference rooms and private offices. Social spaces include a game room, lounge, demonstration kitchen, and other entertainment-focused amenities.

A standout feature of the development is its integrated art program. In partnership with art platform WXLLSPACE, Joule House showcases 30,000 square feet of curated murals and installations by renowned artists including Nico, Dasic Fernandez, Mr. June, Remote, and Ahol Sniffs Glue. These works are incorporated throughout the property, from interior spaces to building facades and public areas, enhancing the resident and visitor experience.

The project also includes approximately 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and paseo space, designed to activate the streetscape and connect seamlessly with the neighborhood. Residents will find themselves within walking distance of local conveniences and a short drive to Miami’s Design District, Midtown, and Downtown areas.

With its forward-thinking design, rich amenity offerings, and immersive art experiences, Joule House is poised to become a flagship residential destination in Wynwood.
