Completed in 2015, 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach is a luxury oceanfront condominium development with 156 condo residences featuring one- to three-bedroom floor plans (see 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach floor plans), each designed to capture the natural light, textures, and sounds of the beach. 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach was developed by Richard Lefrak, designed in collaboration between HKS, Inc. and Kobi Karp, with hotel interior design by Meyer Davis Studios, residential interior design by Debora Aguiar, and landscape design by EDSA. The 17-story development is situated on 7 acres with more than 600 linear feet of pristine beachfront bordering the Atlantic Ocean.
