For our final installment of the Art Basel Trophy Property series, we bring you Miami's last private island. Privé Island in Aventura has received its certificate of occupancy and is now ready for closings!
Just off of Williams Island in Aventura is Privé Island and its twin 16-story towers with 80 units apiece. In order to arrive at the island, you must first go through three levels of security, and that doesn't even include the security required in order to get into your unit! First, there is a guard gate at the entrance of Williams Island, then another gatehouse as you approach the Island Estates, and finally a gate house for Privé Island.
