  The part that I do not understand is… how come there are still
  listings above 400K.
  Are those sellers retarded? or they honestly are waiting to
  loose even more value on their property?
  Let’s get real here a 2/2 1,200+ sqf in the Brickell area, in today’s
  market (March/09) does not worth “regardless” the building
  more than 180K.
