The Plaza on Brickell East is one of two residential towers comprising the two-tower development called The Plaza on Brickell. Rising 56 stories (including both floors of the duplex penthouses), the east tower is the taller of the two towers. The Plaza on Brickell East has 560 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses (see The Plaza on Brickell East floor plans). The non-penthouse units range in size from 674 to 1,398 interior square feet, while the penthouses range in size from 1,524 to 2,418 interior square feet.
