Additionally, some residences in the building include a private plunge pool and a summer kitchen. Aside from 110 condominium residences, The Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach also has 15 stand-alone villas comprised of 8 waterfront villas with private boat dockages and 7 landside villas surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Each of the villas has its own private pool and an air-conditioned two-car garage.</p>
