Designed by Steward-Skinner Associates and completed in 1963, Brickell Townhouse was originally developed as an apartment building but was later converted to condominiums by Jerry Gross and Larry Mendelson (Brickell Townhouse, Inc.) in 1979. At the time, it was reported that all of the building’s units sold in less than 30 days.
