Brickell Arch was designed by the well-known architectural firm, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The architectural design of Brickell Arch is iconic and loosely based on the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri. Located in Miami&#8217;s Financial District, Brickell Arch rises 36 floors and includes 116 condo residences comprised of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses. The condos offer fabulous views of the city and water. The hotel brand at Brickell Arch is the Conrad Hotel which occupies 225,000 square feet of the building&#8217;s overall space. Attached to the rear of the building is a 12-story parking garage with a walking bridge leading to the second floor. Note: Brickell Arch (formerly Espirito Santo Plaza) wasn&#8217;t completed until 2004, but closings for the residences (on floors 26 to 34) occurred in 2003.<br />
