Completed in 2007, The Loft 2 was developed by The Related Group of Florida and designed by the award-winning architecture firm Cohen Freedman Encinosa &amp; Associates. The Loft 2 has 495 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 620 to 1,153 interior square feet (see <a title="The Loft 2 floor plans" href="https://www.miamicondoinvestments.com/the-loft-2-condos/floor-plans" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Loft 2 floor plans</a>).
