Monarc at Met

Monarc at Met is a 32-story luxury apartment tower in the heart of downtown Miami. ZOM & MDM development opened the tower in 2016. There are two different portions to the building with an 11-story retail space including parking and the apartment portion above with 462 rental units.

Residences in Monarc range from studio,1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Square footage ranges from 589 square feet for the studios and up to 1,493 square feet for the 3-bedroom offerings.
