Waldorf Astoria Miami Residences is a pre-construction, mixed-use development that is being developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and Greybrook Realty Partners. At 1,049 feet tall and rising 100 stories, Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami will be Miami’s tallest tower AND Miami’s first supertall skyscraper. The residences will feature a private elevator, unobstructed views, 10-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a high-end kitchen appliances package by Wolf and Sub-Zero, TOTO toilets, Dornbracht and Duravit bathroom fixtures, the latest “smart building” technology, and a custom Waldorf Astoria Residences app linking residents to 24-hour concierge services and building amenities. The penthouses at the Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami will have 12-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and breathtaking views from floors 86 to 100. Sales for Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami launched in May 2021. Project sell-out is expected to top $1 billion.
