The 02 and 03 lines are the best by far reason- the balcony is totally private! we will be opening clinique la prairies, which is a 25,000 ft. world famous spa from switzerland opening soon ive lived on the beach most of my life and i just get mesmerized by the views day and night! you can see downtown miami, the performing arts center, miami beach and the port. 20 ft. high ceilings, with state of the art kitchen, and full service concierge. this unit is turnkey! check out the pictures.
