    do you know how much this person bought the unit for? I am interested...but have no idea how much the units in line 03 sold for??

    The MiamiDade.gov website still has not released the purchase prices for unit at 900 Biscayne Bay. $350,000 would be a very good deal for this unit if they were to accept the price.
