The Crimson

The Crimson is a 19-story, waterfront condominium building located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Completed in 2015, The Crimson was developed by MCKafka and designed by architecture firm IDEA. The Crimson has 90 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus townhouses and penthouses (see The Crimson floor plans). The apartments at The Crimson feature Italian cabinetry, a Bosch stainless steel appliance package, European fixtures in the kitchen and baths, quartz countertops, high ceilings, a private balcony, and tiled backsplash in the kitchen. The penthouse residences at The Crimson each have a private rooftop terrace with a hot tub.
 
Residents of The Crimson enjoy a number of wonderful amenities, including a sundeck with a pool and hot tub, an indoor mini-theater, a cybercafe, a business center, and a fitness center.
