Residences by Armani Casa was co-developed by Dezer Development and Related Group and co-designed by world-class architect Cesar Pelli and world-renowned fashion designer Giorgio Armani. Cesar Pelli designed the building and floor plans of Residences by Armani Casa while Giorgio Armani designed its amenities, common area spaces, and residences. Residences by Armani Casa is a 56-story building rising 649 feet high. It offers views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and city skyline. although there are some positive reviews of this building, my review is most reliable as I have lived in this building since it opened. the floors are not sound proof even though the building tells you that they are. you will hear your neighbors above 24 hours in the day. the elevators break on a regular basis, leaving residents stuck inside. the average wait for the elevator is anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes, depending on the day. the management changes every other month, and each company is worse than the previous one. the valet has damaged my vehicles over… Read more »
