This building is a disaster right now. The keystone cops at the front desk lost a $200 UPS package of mine, have asked the management for help and they twiddle their thumbs. Despite claiming the best amenities in Miami condos, there is no jacuzzi and the gym is small and limited. Many condos around town have much nicer pool areas and gyms. Elevator service is frequently out. Good location and a dog-friendly policy are about the only things this building has going for it.

Astor, I spoke to my tenant a couple of days ago. He seems to be happy. Did not complain at all about anything.

Astor, that posting was one year old! How did you stumble on it?
Lots of things have changed since then for the better. Regarding the pool and the gym, it is what it is. He signed the lease after seeing the building I guess. Why complain after.
He is 100% right regarding the location. It cant be beat. All the buildings encircling the Pace Park have a superb location advantage.
