Park West Condos and Neighborhood Guide
Park West is a luxury neighborhood of Miami situated directly west of Museum Park – a 30-acre, bayfront park with two on-site museums, the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and the upcoming Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science, which is slated to open in August 2016. Also located in Park West is the American Airlines Arena – home to the Miami Heat – and the historical landmark called the Freedom Tower.
Currently under construction in Park West is Miami Worldcenter – a 30-acre, mixed-use commercial development which will include 1 million square feet of retail space with Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s as anchors; a Marriott Marquis World Convention Center Hotel featuring 1,800 rooms and 600,000 square feet of convention space; and promenade streets filled with outdoor cafes, restaurants, and boutique retail shops. Once completed, Miami Worldcenter will be a city within a city, making Park West a truly walkable and convenient neighborhood to live.
Situated across Biscayne Bay and overlooking Museum Park, Park West condos offer some of the best views in Miami. Views from Park West condos include of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach skyline, Port of Miami, Museum Park, as well as sunrise and/or sunset views. Some of the more well known condo developments in Park West are 900 Biscayne Bay, Marina Blue, Marquis, Ten Museum Park, and the architectural masterpiece called One Thousand Museum, which is currently under construction and slated for completion in 2017.
