  ONE MIAMI EAST & WEST Tower units sold data
  Unit Sold History 11/07 to current date 11/24/08 2 bedroom, 2 bath
  Do you have 2 bedroom, 2 bath units that sold for the period of 10/07 to 11/24/08

  Unit No., date sold, MLS No, sold price would be useful to give the Miami-Dade value adjustment board property tax division .

  I have a hearing scheduled with value adjustment board with a magistrate on 12/2/08 to reduce my property appraised value My current assested value is at $368,000 and I know several units that sold between $300,000 to $350,000 at One Miami in the last year
  If you do not have this information for evidence exchange to show show property sold values, maybe you could tell me how to get this documentation.

  I am looking to possibly purchase in the west tower at one miami. Anybody have additional thoughts or pros/cons to the condo building? Thanks again.
