I love your site..but you should update that now for renters..not dogs are allowed in this building.
They have change the rules after the Association took over for my surprise..! I was not able to rent here..
It will be helpful if you update tenants as well.

I am a resident at the VUE At Brickell, I would like to mention That VUE at Brickell, Infinity & some units at One Broadway… The noise from Segafredo (Specifically) as well as the other bars is just unbearable! It goes from Thursday night to Sunday FULL blast straight to your bed from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Miami POLICE, The City, & the associations.. Absolutely no one, do nothing to at least reduce or control the noise.
A LOT of drunk people peeing on the sidewalks, etc. DO NOT BUY In this area, For me it has been totally a nightmare.
