Please contact me if you or anyone you know is interested in renting a one bedroom condo at Icon Brickell.  I have a client who is looking to upgrade to a two bedroom.  His landlord has agreed to let him out of his lease as long as he is able to secure a replacement tenant who meets the landlord’s approval.  The new tenant would start a completely new lease.

My client’s unit is an 06 line located on the 42nd floor of Tower 2.  It overlooks the swimming pool and offers views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.  The condo has 732 interior square feet, porcelain tiled flooring throughout, a large walk-in closet and high-end kitchen appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf.

The price is firm at $2,100 per month.  That is the price that he is currently paying.  For the sake of comparison, unit 3706 rented for $2,250 per month this past September, unit 3606 rented for $2,200 per month in November and unit 2506 rented for $2,200 per month in August.  Obviously, each of those are located on lower floors.
