Video Tour – Video is now the most effective way to showcase a real estate property online. We will hire a professional videographer to produce a full-motion, high-definition video tour of your property. The video will be uploaded to YouTube and featured on the MiamiCondoInvestments website as well as our Facebook, Google+, Twitter and LinkedIN networks. A number of our listings have sold to non-local buyers who have come across one of our video tours on the Internet. Below is an example of one such video tour.
Photography – Even with the advancement made in videography over the past three years, a picture still speaks a thousand words and is still the most popular form of media to market a property. We will hire a professional photographer to provide us with extensive, high-resolution pictures of your property to be used on the MLS and the MiamiCondoInvestments website as well as other marketing materials.
Property Website – A website will be created for your property complete with high-resolution pictures, a video tour and its own unique domain name.
Blog Post/Banner Ad – A banner ad, which will be featured along the sidebar of the MiamiCondoInvestments homepage and interior pages, will be created for your listing. The banner ad will be linked to a blog post describing your property in detail along with a video tour and pictures.
Listing Syndication Network – Your property will be entered into the Keller Williams Listing System which allows not only for your property to be listed on the KW.com website but it will also be syndicated to over 350 of the most popular real estate search websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo Real Estate and Google Maps.

Thanks to the proliferation of smart phones and other mobile devices, buyers are increasingly searching for real estate away from their desktop. In 2009, being innovative and forward-thinking, we decided to have our very own iPhone application developed to cover the Miami real estate market. We have since launched our own Android application as well. Both applications have a special “Featured Listings” page which highlights only those properties that we exclusively list.
Database Marketing
Every listing is marketed to our database which is comprised of over 10,000 buyers, real estate agents and personal contacts. Most of our listings sell within 30 days to a buyer or investor who is currently in our database. We work hard to keep our database up-to-date and communicate with those contacts regularly.
