An End to a Great Year for the Miami Condo Investments Blog

New Years 2008

2007 has been a year to remember for me. I would like to take the time to thank all of the loyal readers of this blog. This blog started in May 2007 and it has been a long but worthwhile and educational journey.

During the three months after I began this blog, I felt like I was speaking on stage in front of an empty auditorium. I kept on writing though. People eventually came, conversations formed, Google recognized my presence and the media began to call. For some reason or another you found this blog and have periodically returned. Thank you! Without you, I’d still feel like I was speaking in front of an empty auditorium. I plan to keep this blog going for many years to come and hope that you will follow.

Thank You!

Here’s to a blessed 2008! I am looking quite forward to it. Stay safe, happy and healthy in 2008!

As a side note, I will be in Chicago from January 2-6, 2008 to visit with family. I will also be attending Real Estate Connect in New York City from January 8-11. This conference brings together the brightest stars throughout the real estate industry to share ideas and create innovative strategies. During this time, I will most likely be off the radar and you’ll likely not see any new posts. Who knows though…blogging can be quite addictive. It may be difficult for me to disconnect myself from this blog for so long.

I’ve never attended Real Estate Connect in the past but have heard that it is the best investment that a real estate professional can make. You can be sure that I’ll bring back fresh ideas to incorporate into this blog.

The most well-known real estate bloggers throughout the country will be in attendance. In fact, the first day opens with an event called “Beer with Bloggers”. This should be a great opportunity for me to network with the best real estate bloggers. The following morning opens with a “Bloggers Connect” workshop from 9:00am-2:45pm. This is where innovative blogging ideas will be formed. The workshop will be an integral force in taking this blog to the next level in 2008.

The best way to reach me during this time is via email. I have a Blackberry so all of my emails will reach me immediately. If you will only be in town during this time and would like to look at property, feel free to contact me so that I can put you in touch with a knowledgeable and experienced agent in my office.

Have a Great New Year everyone!!!
