    how's rental market now? Have any of Quantum apartments been rented. For how much? What was the asking price on them? How long did it take?

    The MLS shows that 4 units at Quantum have rented. Another 2 are pending. A few one bedroom units rented for $1,250 and $1,325 while a few 2 bedroom units rented for $2,100 and $2,500 per month. All of them took about 3 weeks or less to get rented.

    Are the rentals 1 year leases or month to month? What rate do realitors typically charge and do they do background/credit checks on the renter prospects?

    It depends on the building. Most buildings don't allow month-to-month rentals. Most have a minimum of 3 or 6 months. Realtors typically charge 10% of the gross lease. The condo associations typically do the background and credit checks on the potential tenants.

    Is there a market for furnished 1 bedrooms just months out of the year? Would like to cover some expenses but still have access during peak season.

    There aren't many of those units available on the market. There's definitely a market but it's limited. However, since the supply is very limited I don't think you will have a problem finding a tenant.

    How do the boat slips work? Costs, etc...?

    There aren't any boat slips at Quantum on the Bay.
