FAQ – Sarah Elles Boggs March 1, 2016 by jonathan jonathan What is your favorite quote? “I do not build in order to have clients, I have clients in order to build.” ~The Fountainhead 1947 Which neighborhood is your favorite? Brickell has always felt like home to me, even though it has changed completely over the last few years. I love that there is so much to do and so many places for work within a few blocks and so many people to meet. Brickell is filled with opportunity and the condos are beautiful. Which is your favorite restaurant? I can’t claim one restaurant as my favorite. It is such a treat to have so many different nationalities and cultures together in Miami, so I like to try something different every time we go out. Where is your favorite vacation spot? Brazil is a blast. When I travel, I like to experience normal life for the area rather than exploring the tourist spots. The landscape of Brazil is really breathtaking and the people are so welcoming, it is really difficult to top Brazil. Which condo development is your favorite? As a Realtor, I can’t name my favorite development because the best development is always the one that fits the goals & needs of the client best. My personal favorite development in the neighborhood is Santa Maria. The level of detail is unmatched, the layouts are large, all of the views are spectacular and the amenities fit what is important to me in a home. Who is your favorite developer? Ugo Colombo has a distinct style that I love. His attention to quality, usability and detail are very notable and his buildings are ageless. The buildings he built in the 1990’s still look brand-new in the skyline today. That is talent, and that is why his apartments are more expensive. They are just more valuable. What has been your greatest achievement to date? I’ve always been willful and self-starting, but moving to Miami from Texas was shocking to many when I did it. It was a relatively quick decision and I moved without friends, family or a definitive reason for moving but I knew in my heart that it was right. It was also very liberating and makes my achievements even sweeter. What is your favorite book? The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. It is a long read but really helped me to embrace my own nature to go with what I feel is best even if it may not fit the beliefs of popular opinion. Do you have any pets? Yes, Carmela Soprano is my 10 year old Maltese. She looks like a princess but acts like a mob boss, hence the name.
