Two New Rental Listings at Marina Blue

Marina Blue condos for rent

The rental market in Downtown Miami is hot and it is not uncommon for units to get snatched up the first week that they become available.  So, I wanted to be the first make you aware of two new rental listings at Marina Blue.  I just entered the first listing into the MLS about an hour ago.  It is a 1 bed/1.5 bath condo with marble flooring throughout and a large walk-in closet with built-ins.  The unit, 510, is located on the 5th floor but still has a direct view of Biscayne Bay and allows you to enjoy a view of the cruise ships as they head out into the ocean.  It is currently tenant-occupied but will be available starting August 15th.  The asking price is $2,100 per month.  Rental listing for unit 510 at Marina Blue

The second listing (pictured above and below) has not yet been entered into the MLS.  My client is closing on the unit this Tuesday.  The unit is located on the 42nd floor and offers an outstanding view of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami Beach skyline.  The condo is very unique because the previous owner knocked down the bedroom wall to create a more open floorplan.  It allows you to take full advantage of the amazing view since the 9-foot high, floor-to-ceiling glass windows span the entire width of the unit.  The place comes decked out with slate tiled floors and California-style built-in closets.  Once listed, the asking price will be $2,200 per month and will be available for immediate occupancy (pending association approval).  Additional photos
