Developed by The Related Group of Florida and designed by Arquitectonica, the 44 and 45-story towers offer gorgeous views of Downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, the Miami River and Brickell and Brickell Key. One Miami resides next to the Intercontinental Hotel and Bayfront Park and is walking distance to the shops at Bayside. Two signature restaurants called Sol y Mar and Il Gabbiano lie at the base of One Miami.
