Jade Beach is a 51-story oceanfront condominium building located in Sunny Isles Beach. Completed in 2008. Jade Beach was developed by Fortune International Development and designed by a team of renowned architects, including Carlos Ott, Luis Revuelta, and Kobi Karp. Jade Beach has 248 condo residences comprised of one- to four-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses ranging in size from 862 to 8,210 interior square feet (see Jade Beach floor plans).
