What a great unit in a spectacular building.
But Lucas, are you really just going to use one comp from 2008 to justify the asking price? Units there have not sold for over $1,500/sf in quite some time
Funny how designer-ready condos all look the same whether $500k or $5m. I think they’d sell these things faster if they staged them. Not sure a wealthy foreign buyer has the imagination for overcoming all that cement and white drywall.

Actually, unit 2002 (next door to 2001) just closed last month for more than $1500 per sq/ft and it is not a corner unit.
