Beware- Alaqua condos is running a scam-My real estate agent and I were there to see a condo that was for sale .The guard at the gate waves us in and we park in “guest ” parking spot, Then another hired company comes by &”boots’ the car. Apparently the guard is supposed to give you a piece of paper for “permission” to park as a guest. When we complain that the guard never gave us anything and just waved us in, we are told – too bad.
