Is Tibor Hollo serious? I mean does he really think that a few comments by a Realtor had such an impact on his development that it is reason to sue the Realtor? We live in such a sue-happy, litigous society that it’s scary just to voice your opinion. Whatever happened to freedom of speech? I mean, this is just one guy’s opinon and Hollo has the audacity to SUE him for $25 Million? My opinion of Tibor Hollo has just dropped substantially. If I ever see him in the VIP room of Miami’s Opera, which I frequent, I may just have a few words about this with him. The nerve!

Sorry to hear about that! Is there a place to see an update on this? I have been looking for Miami homes for sale at this great site that has a google maps/mls tool. It has been a great help. I hope it can help someone else out there.

Here are the facts: Tibor Hollo handed title to The Grand condo (then called The Venetia) over to the three banks led by The Bank of New York in lieu of foreclosure. Mr. Hollo became “a person unable to satisfy any just claims made upon him.” The banks then sold the complex to Pierre Heafey (pheafey@groupeheafey.com). Google him and his buddy, Gino Falsetto (gino@ariesdevelopmentgroup.com) and you will find the facts and stumble onto lots of surprises pertaining to the parties.
