Curious. So since this is developer inventory I’m wondering if they are going to sell it at that price or there will also add ontop of it a developer fee typically 1.75%.

These units will have a 15% developer’s fee. Just kidding! They likely will have a 1.5% developer’s like the rest that were sold straight from the developer.

Can we expect more default units in the near future? I believe they are still trying to close units and have many more to go.

Lucas, I am not familiar with the floor plans. Do any of these 1 br units have bay views? Thanks.

The one bedrooms have views of the bay but they are not direct views. The 08 line has a much better than the 05 line.

They just received the TCO on the penthouse units last week. I’m sure there will be a others within the next month.

Hi Lucas,
So far units 1608 & 1905 are under contract and the release price for unit 4203 is $1,980,000.
To date we have closed on 130 units.
