National Media Looking to Interview Miami Condo Investors

September 19th, 2007 · No Comments

CNBC contacted me last week to discuss a story that they are working on concerning the Miami condo market. More specifically, their report will focus on the speculative bubble that existed in 2005 and early 2006, as well as the present day state of the market.

CNBC would like to interview people who speculated on preconstruction condominiums in Miami within the last 2-3 years and now face difficult times as a result of that decision. This could be a great opportunity to tell your story.

The report will be televised the first week of November. They would like to have all interviews completed within the next couple of weeks and are interested in interviewing as many people as possible. All participants must be in Miami at the time of the interview.

CNBC will cover the Platinum Condominium auction tomorrow night as a part of their report. If you are planning to attend the auction and would like to be interviewed tomorrow night, then drop me an email so I can put you in touch with them.

Radar Magazine is also working on a similar story. They would like to interview someone who currently owns a condo but is working with the bank to do a short-sale as an alternative to foreclosure. There’s also an interest in speaking with those who own multiple condos in Miami or currently have deposit money on multiple preconstruction condos.

Contact me if you would like to partake in either or both stories.
